First Roses

Rebecca came home to these long stem roses sent from her Grandma. They were very pretty. There were many nice friends who brought us meals and had the girls over to play. We are very grateful for our family and friends!

Bringing Becky Home

We were excited to bring Becky home. It was a little bit tricky transitioning back to being home with two busy girls but thank heavens Murray could be home!

She is so beautiful!

Rebecca Anne Pratt

June 18th Rebecca was born just a few minutes before Father's Day. She sure gave Murray the best Father's Day gift, herself! We were so happy she made it here safe & sound & nearly two weeks early! That was a nice gift for mommy!

Les Mis

Murray loves Les Miserables. He got tickets for a graduation present and we went together. It was a great performance and we really enjoyed seeing it at the Gammage theatre. The music was wonderful! i

Desert Breeze

We visited a fun park. The girls rode a little train that went around the park, a carousel and played on a great playground. Then they cooled off on the splash pad. It was a lot of fun. We appreciated the shade we could sit in while the girls played in the water. We ate our lunch there and then I took a turn running through the water with them.

Music Camp

The girls went to a music camp for one week together. It was every morning for 3 hours. They both took piano and then visited a different country each day. The made these "suitcases" and would color a picture for the country they visited and paste it on the side, they sang songs, made crafts, played games and had a ball! Some of the places they went were Africa, England, Mexico and Japan.

Tea Party

Our friend Sister Olsen invited the girls over for a tea party at her house. She had a teddy bear tea set out and finger foods for the girls. She even served cheese pizza for Mary. The girls drank hot chocolate with tiny marshmallows out of their small tea cups. It was very cute and fun!

Bearizona

After being in the car for many hours we made it to our first stop on the way to the Grand Canyon. We visited Bearizona and it was even better than we thought it would be!

Baby bears

They had an area with animals walking around freely. It was a little scary they could walk right up and touch you. Rachel wasn't a fan.

The girls got little tatoos that they thought were cool.

Grand Canyon

Murray graduated, applied for his license and then had time off. He said "we should see the Grand Canyon" and I said "yeah one day" and he said "this week". My doctor said I could go so Murray made a plan and we went. It was a great trip. There was so much to do there that we wish the trip could have been longer. We fit a lot in and had a really great time. I am glad we were able to take advantage of Murray having time off to take a fun trip as a family. The Grand Canyon was beautiful!!!

We stayed at a hotel in Williams. We took the girls swimming twice, walked along route 66 and ate at a wonderful restaurant where they served tasty food and enormous pieces of wonderful pie! We drove to the Grand Canyon and looked at several look out points. We also watched a really fun 3-D movie that made you feel like you were flying over and through the Grand Canyon. We loved the way Rachel said "Candy Can" for Grand Canyon the entire trip. It was pretty cute!
